As a Match Day Steward, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of all spectators attending events at our London venue. Working as part of an events safety team, you will be the face of the stadium or event space, offering excellent customer service and crowd management on match days and during other events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist spectators, providing directions and information as needed
• Monitor crowds to ensure safe and controlled entry and exit
• Carry out security checks (e.g. bag searches, ticket verification)
• Respond quickly and calmly to any incidents or emergencies
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and safety regulations
• Support crowd control and help manage queues
• Report any safety or security concerns to supervisors or emergency services

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
• Able to remain calm under pressure and follow instructions
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
• Flexible availability (zero-hour contract – hours not guaranteed)
• Right to work in the UK
